Blackboard Quote
None due to special opening sequence. Kang and Kodos are on stage, entering from a pumpkin-shaped spaceship. They reveal the Simpson family on their couch. Homer's a jack-in-the-box, Marge is a witch, Lisa is an ax-attack victim, Bart is a half-fly mutant and Maggie is a half-alien, half-human baby. (These are all characters from past "Treehouse of Horror" episodes.) The audience is filled with only aliens. The introduction ends with Maggie producing a ray gun and disintegrating Lisa.

Guest Stars
Tom Arnold, Dick Clark, Lucy Lawless, Frank Welker, Pamela Hayden, Tress MacNeille, Marcia Mitzman-Gaven.

Synopsis
In "I Know What You Diddily-Iddly-Did," the Simpson family runs over and believes that they've killed Ned Flanders. After covering up their misdeed, the family is haunted by someone who knows what they diddily-iddly-did, Ned Flanders himself. He turns out to be a werewolf and attacks Homer at the end.

Next, in "Desperately Xeeking Xena," Lisa and Bart are blasted with radiation while having their candy examined for nails and the like. The machine accidentally zaps them and they get superpowers. They become known as "Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl." Soon they must stop Comic Book Guy (a.k.a. "The Collector") who has kidnapped Xena to add his collection. His collection also includes, Yasmine Bleeth, Doctor Who (Tom Baker) and Matt Groening. They narrowly defeat the Comic Book Guy, who has the "best death ever."

Finally, in "Life's a Glitch, Then You Die" Homer is the nuclear plant's Y2K compliance officer. His negligence causes the Y2K bug to spread across the computer networks of the world, causing mass destruction. The government's "Operation Exodus" program is activated, taking the best and brightest, including Lisa Simpson, off Earth to a new civilization on Mars. She chooses Marge to go with her. Homer and Bart find another spaceship, but it's headed for the sun. They're thankful for a quick demise since their co-passengers are Tom Arnold, Pauly Shore and Rosie O'Donnell.

Favorite Quote
The Collector: "Stop right there. I have here the only working phaser ever built. It was fired only once, to keep William Shatner from making another album."
