Synopsis
"Hell Toupee": Snake is arrested for smoking in the Kwik-E-Mart. Because of Springfield's three-strikes law, he is executed. Just before he fries he swears revenge on Apu, Moe, and Bart, the witnesses to his crime. After he dies, his body is sent to the hospital where his organs are donated to worthy recipients. Homer received Snake's hair for a transplant. But after the hair is transplanted, Homer takes on Snake's visage from time to time, and kills Apu and Moe. But when he tries to kill Bart, he regains control of himself and rips of Snake's hair. When the hair takes on a life of its own and begins to attack Bart, the police burst in and kill it.
"The Terror of Tiny Toon": Marge takes the batteries out of the tv remote control to keep Bart and Lisa from watching the Itchy & Scratchy Halloween special. Bart finds a piece of plutonium in Homer's toolbox and crams it into the remote. When Bart and Lisa click the remote, they are zapped into the Itchy & Scratchy cartoon. Itchy & Scratchy attack Lisa and Bart for laughing at them. Homer sees Lisa and Bart in the tv, but decides to channel surf. Bart and Lisa get his attention, and convince him to push 'Exit' on the remote control. They are zapped back into the living room, but Itchy & Scratchy follow them! Homer puts Itchy in a hamster cage, and Scratchy falls in love with Snowball II. At that point, Marge decides to have Scratchy neutered.
"Starship Poopers": Maggie begins to grow up. But her one fang and green tentacles for legs alarms the family. Kang, a familiar alien, appears at the Simpson's home with his sister, Kodos, and claims he is Maggie's father. Marge admits she was abducted two years prior. While on the spaceship, Kang shot her with an insemination ray. Nine months later, Maggie was born. Kang wants his daughter back now, but the family refuses to hand her over. They all appear on the Jerry Springer Show to attempt to settle the argument. Kang and Kodos threaten to kill all politicians if Maggie isn't handed over. Marge calls their bluff, and they leave.
